Now taking reservations for Jarvis Creek Club!!                                                           

Jarvis Creek Club is an exciting new development on Spanish Wells Road. The development is located across Spanish Wells Road from SeaGrass Landing, on Owens Drive.                                                                                                                         
The development is slated to be 86 lots in total, with 38 of the lots being marsh front. The property will be separated into two areas - East and West.                                                                                                                                                                                                      This reservation agreement covers the West area only (see "Exhibit A" in the attached document). "Exhibit B" shows the development in its entirety.                                                                                                    
To get an idea of lot size, the smaller lots that surround the lake on the West side are larger than the lots in Bermuda Point.                                                                                                                                         
This Reservation Agreement is a non-binding agreement, meaning you can elect to get out of it at any time if you so choose and receive your full deposit back. Those who elect purchase lots when they are released next year will be allowed to select lots in the order in which reservations are received.                   
Anyone can reserve the right to buy as many lots as he or she likes; $2,500.00 per lot.

Current price range for the lots: $215,000 - $399,000
Current Scheduled Lot Release: OCT, 2007
East side of development will contain pool, lap pool, clubhouse, grills, hot tub, fire pit, and other great amenities. 
West side of development will contain amenity package as well, without the pool. POA will have the option to add a pool later.
Community will be private, fenced and gated (automatic security gate).
